EQILENCE is a data driven Catalog Management organization.
The EQILENCE platform has been specially developed for Hospitals and Universities.

The EQILENCE platform is offered to you as a “Software as a Service” solution.
The advantage for you is that you do not need any infrastructure for the software and the data. The EQILENCE platform is certified in the Netherlands hosted by TransIP.
Complex and less complex articles
Particularly in the laboratories of your organization, articles such as Reagents, Biologicals and Chemicals (RBCs) are used that are complex. Complex means that these articles have many variables, based on which the quality can be identified. Plastic gloves are also used in the laboratory, for example, which are easier to specify. Both RBCs and less complex items, such as gloves or office supplies, can be ordered integrally in the EQILENCE platform.
Two different modules are offered for this.
S-DAS (Smart-Dynamic Purchasing System)
The complex articles are stored in the S-DAS module. For this, the articles of more than 700 suppliers are included. These are no fewer than 20 million articles that contain up to 200 variables. EQILENCE has normalized and standardized the data of these articles. As a result, the various articles can be compared with each other in terms of quality, price and delivery conditions.
The articles from authorized suppliers must be comparable at parameter level in order to comply with the Public Procurement Act.
All articles are tested against the policy standards you have specified. This key is realized by the EQILENCE algorithm. With this algorithm you can apply the simplified DAS tendering method for all articles that you want in the S-DAS. With the S-DAS you can authorize your employees for certain product groups. This ensures, for example, that someone with a more general function cannot purchase specific chemicals.
S-SRM (Smart-Supplier Relationship Management)
The S-SRM contains less complex articles. Of course, these articles can also be compared with each other, as with the S-DAS module, but up to 20 variables per article. Also for the S-SRM, all articles are tested against the policy standards you have specified. You can also authorize your employees for certain product groups with the S-SRM.
The S-DAS and S-SRM are used integrally, so that your entire organization works in an unambiguous way.
The EQILENCE platform is linked to your ERP, so that the actual purchasing and administrative processes simply take place via the appropriate systems within your organization.
